| Back to Questions | The ice from my refrigerator's icemaker has an odor.
Can this be corrected? |
. |
| Most refrigerator icemakers are connected to their water source with
1/4 O.D. tubing, either plastic or copper. A
self-contained charcoal filter can be inserted into the line by splicing the tubing and
reattaching the ends with 1/4 compression fittings. This
unit improves both the clarity and taste, while removing any odor from the ice. If you need more help, go into Bill's Plumbing and ask one of their specialists, or email your question. One of Bill's specialists will get a prompt answer to you, often by the next day! |
